Delivery Terms

We will be closed from the 24th December at 15:00 and we will re-open on the 2nd January 2025 at 08:00.

Any orders placed within our Christmas closure period will be processed when we are back on the 2nd January. As there will be a delay we will offer free carriage on any orders placed in the Christmas period.

We use FedEx as our main courier of choice. They aim to deliver all parcels and packages within two working days, with orders placed before 1pm they are usually delivered the next working day. Please contact us for a quote if you require a Saturday delivery.

If you wish to collect your order, we are open Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.

All delivery times are approximates and are those quoted by our couriers. We reserve the right to change the courier and delivery options without notice. We can't be held responsible for any late deliveries made by our courier agents.

If you spend £1000 or more you will qualify for free UK mainland delivery *excluding Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands.
